Auto IP

The specified cameras can be assigned with consecutive IP Addresses.
  You can also read the DHCP settings all at once.

■Operation method

1. Select the checkbox of the cameras for which IP addresses are to be assigned. * Multiple cameras can be selected.

2. Select DHCP ON / OFF.

3. In the [Auto IP Start Address] field, enter the address from which you want to start the assignment.

Example)    If you enter “192.168.0.10”, the IP addresses will be set as
192.168.0.10, 192.168.0.11, 192.168.0.12, …
in an order starting from the top of the list.

*You can set the subnet mask, default gateway, port number, and DNS as Option items.

If you select Option, set the values ​​for all cameras.

If DHCP ON is selected, the AutoIPStartAddress cannot be entered because the camera DHCP setting is set to ON.

4. If you press the [Setup] button, the assignment of IP addresses will start in an order starting from the top of the list.

5. If the assignment is successful, a list of successful cameras will be displayed.

6. If the assignment of the IP addresses fails, a list of cameras for which the assignment of IP address has failed is displayed.

■Precautions

The Auto IP function cannot be used in a camera for which more than 20 minutes have elapsed since the power supply was turned on.

If you want to still use this function even after 20 minutes have elapsed, then in the network settings of the camera, set “Easy IP Setup accommodate period” to ”Unlimited”.
